Collaboration piece for Bushwick Ayuda Mutua, a collective group of Bushwick residents, long-term residents and recent arrivals, rooted in the mission of creating a local network for neighbors to support neighbors.
They strive to ensure that residents of the community have their most basic needs met, as well access to resources and information to thrive during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
They aspire to live in a community where no one lives in hunger, where people have access to affordable, safe housing, jobs with livable wages, and health care. We believe in a future where every person and family in our community lives an autonomous and empowered life.
